DAVENPORT, Iowa—The Beloit Sky Carp had poured on three runs in the second and looked primed to take down the Quad Cities River Bandits after dropping the series opener Tuesday.

Instead, the Sky Carp watched their 3-0 lead trickle away while committing six errors and saw it turn into a 4-3 loss on Wednesday at Modern Woodmen Park. The loss drops Beloit to 0-2 in the six-game series.
