March 3, 1957 - September 6, 2018

Janesville, WI -- Pamela R. Parker, age 61, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, September 6, 2018. She was born in France on March 3, 1957, the daughter of Dolores Lemire and Paul Rutkowski. She was an incredible mother not only to her children, but to everyone else around. Her energy and love was endless. She enjoyed shopping, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. Many people would recognize her as a well-loved server at the Eagle Inn and IHOP.

Pamela is survived by her two children, Patrick Parker and Angela Parker; two brothers, Wayne Lemire and Michael Rutkowski; nephew, Jamie Lemire; the father of her children, R. Devereux Parker; Linsay Parker, a daughter to her in many ways; Poppy Kas, a new addition to the family; and many, many more family and friends. In addition to loved ones, Pamela is also survived by her beloved cats and "granddog," Chester. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her nephew, Keith Lemire.
