Intoxicated driving arrest

KRISTINA K. KLEINSCHMIDT, 31, of 6605 E. County A, Janesville, at 5:41 p.m. Saturday, at County J and Avalon Road, town of La Prairie. Kleinschmidt was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.


ESCAPE at 8:31 p.m. Friday from the Huber dorm, Rock County Jail, Janesville. Anthony Marnetti, 52, of 324 Third St., Delavan, left for work release but did not return to the jail.

THEFT at 12:41 a.m. Saturday on East Bradley Road, town of Turtle. A 45-year-old man told police that someone had taken a $100 cashier’s check and a ¼ ounce of pot from his home. The man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.


MORNINGSIDE DRIVE AND MILWAUKEE STREET, JANESVILLE, at 6:27 p.m. Sunday. A car driven by Jaycub R. Brown, 21 of 2010 Kellogg Ave., Janesville was southbound on Morningside Drive. He rolled through the stop sign and collided with a car driven by Alvaro Olvera-Cano, 49, of 623 Roosevelt Ave, Janesville. Brown was transported for medical attention. Brown was cited for failure to yield the right of way, operating without with a valid driver’s license and operating without insurance.

1900 BLOCK OF MILTON AVENUE, JANESVILLE, at 4:47 p.m. Friday. A car driven by Tanishia N. Davis, 41, of 2218 W. Wall St., Janesville, backed into a store sign and then went forward, jumped the concrete parking barrier and struck the building. Davis was transported for medical attention. She was not cited because the crash took place in a private parking lot.


ZACHARIAH C.L. PIZANO, 20, Janesville, with first-degree reckless endangering safety and disorderly conduct, both as acts of domestic abuse. He is accused of driving a car at people at a residence in the 1600 block of Nicolet Street, Janesville, as part of a dispute over missing Xanax pills.

CHAD A. MCCARTHY, 30, no fixed address, Janesville; ALEXANDER D. ROGERS, 30, of 603 Lincoln St., Lower, Janesville; and DUSTIN L. SEITZ, 30, of 2004 Garden Drive, Janesville, each with party to burglary and theft. They are accused of burglarizing a garage in the 200 block of Westridge Road, Janesville, on Monday morning and taking items that included golf clubs, a chainsaw, a weed eater and a leaf blower.
