Intoxicated driving arrest

JAMES E. CROWNOVER, 51, of 1519 Mayfair Drive, Janesville, at 8:29 p.m. Sunday, in the 600 block of Cornelia Street, Janesville.


BATTERY at 9:55 a.m. Thursday at the Rock County Youth Services Center, 201 E. Highway 14, Janesville, where an inmate was accused of punching and kicking a detention worker and a teacher.


WILLARD AVENUE AND JOLIET STREET, JANESVILLE, at 12:03 p.m. Thursday, when an SUV driven by Caroline L. Langat, 32, of 1422 Crosby Ave., Janesville, collided in the intersection with a car driven by Le Roy R. Pringle, 75, of 1112 W. Burbank Ave. No. 112, Janesville. Pringle was treated and released at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. Langat was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign. She told police she intended to stop, but her foot hit the accelerator instead of the brake.
