PHILIP C. BURKI, 48, of 418 Harding St., Unit H, Janesville, at 6 a.m. Friday at 3400 E. Racine St., No. 3109, Janesville, on charges of disarming a peace officer, battery as a threat to an officer, resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property.

Charged

SEAN W. CLARK, 28, of 527 Water St., Lake Geneva, with substantial battery and disorderly conduct, both with domestic abuse assessments. Lake Geneva police say on Aug. 19, Clark punched and headbutted a woman he knows when she tried to break up a fight he was in.

PHILIP L. JOHNSON, 35, of Burlington, with possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, the latter two with domestic abuse assessments. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on Aug. 27, Johnson pushed and pulled at a woman he knows. Police then reported finding a black pistol and four long guns, which Johnson is not supposed to have.
