TWO BOYS, 11 AND 14, from Neenah and Menasha, at 2:25 a.m. Monday, Sept. 13, at Racine Street and Garfield Avenue, Janesville, both referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of driving a vehicle without owner consent.

Intoxicated driving arrests

REGINALD L. ANDERSON, 33, of 1215 Manor Drive, Janesville, at 8:18 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12, at Highway 51 and Parker Drive, Janesville.

Reported

HIT-AND-RUN at 3:13 a.m. Monday, Sept. 13, in the 300 block of West Racine Street, Janesville. A witness told police a car traveling at 50 mph hit a tree and then the front porch of a house. The driver got out, talked with people and then left. The car was believed to be a gray 2007 Honda Accord.

Charged

COREY L. JOHNSON, 28, of 939 Benton Ave., Janesville, with child neglect-specified harm did not occur, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of a firearm by a felon and maintaining a drug trafficking place. He was arrested after a raid at his home allegedly turned up a handgun and 7.9 grams of cocaine that was within reach of small children.
