Intoxicated driving arrests

RICHARD J. MARINARO, 40, of 100 S. John Paul Road, Milton, at 11:54 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Highway 59 and East County N, town of Milton.

PAIGE OWENS, 25, of 725 Benton Ave., Janesville, at 11:03 p.m. Friday at the intersection of West Hanover Road and South Murray Road, town of Rock.

RILEY C. RANSOM, 24, of 6203 N. Eagle Road, Janesville, at 9:41 p.m. Saturday at 4835 E. Bingham Road, town of Harmony. It was listed as his third arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

MITCHELL T. RUSHING, 25, of Wisconsin Dells, at 7:59 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of East County J and ELT Townline Road, town of La Prairie.

CHRISTOPER TEK, 20, of 1109 N. Grant Ave., Janesville, at 4:40 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Benton Avenue and Richardson Street, Janesville. It was listed as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

RYAN P. TOBIN, 38, of 1708 Edon Drive, Janesville, at 2:36 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of North Main Street and Pease Court, Janesville. It was listed as his third arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

RYAN C. WEAVER, 29, of 303 S. Ringold St., Janesville, at 10:09 p.m. Saturday at 3315 E. Milwaukee St., Janesville. Weaver also was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation.


BURGLARY reported at 12:51 p.m. Friday in the 2700 block of North West Drive, town of Janesville. Patio furniture, coats and two storage bins of winter clothing were reported stolen from a residence.

BURGLARY reported at 2:20 p.m. Friday in the 4800 block of Highway 14, town of Janesville. A hay baler was reported stolen from a barn.

BURGLARY reported at 6:23 p.m. Friday in the 10000 block of North County Line Road, town of Lima. A television, welder, heater and jack were reported stolen from a trailer.

FIRE reported at 4:20 a.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of North Britt Road, town of Janesville. A home and trailer were burned. All occupants and pets were evacuated without injury.

THEFT reported at 1:08 p.m. Friday in the 2600 block of East County O, town of La Prairie. A car battery and other car parts were reported stolen from a vehicle.

THEFT reported at 6:26 p.m. Saturday at Victoria’s Secret, 2500 Milton Ave., Janesville. Clothing items valued at $1,592.75 were reported stolen.


TYLER A. ARNOLD, 23, of 323 Pheasant Ridge St., Janesville, with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor battery, both with domestic abuse assessments. Janesville police say on June 10, Arnold punched, choked and threw a woman he knows at a toilet.

Walworth County


TERRANCE L. BRADLEY, 43, of 212 W. North St., Unit A, Whitewater, with three counts of delivering cocaine and two counts of neglecting a child younger than 6 years old. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say in April and May, they conducted controlled buys of less than 1 gram of cocaine from Bradley while he had a young child in the car.

JESUS M. RODRIGUEZ, 27, of 944 Oak Ridge Lane, Genoa City, with injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle causing great bodily harm and second-degree reckless injury. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on May 5, Rodriguez was driving while intoxicated on Highway 12 in Lake Geneva, struck a guardrail and overturned the car. His passenger, Jorge R. Serrano, was taken to a hospital for fractures in both orbital sockets and a cut on his face, according to a criminal complaint. does not condone or review every comment.
