PATRICK D. BUTLER, 29, of 8 S. Grant Ave., Janesville, at 9:59 p.m. Monday at 612 Cherry St., Janesville, on charges of felony possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine.

Intoxicated driving arrest

DANIEL J. DROZDOWICZ, 27, of 3706 La Mancha Drive, Janesville, at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday at Milwaukee and Main streets, Janesville. The arrest was listed as his third for intoxicated driving. Also cited for non-registration of vehicle.

JOSEPH P. ALLEN, 23, of 33½ S. Wisconsin St., Elkhorn, with two counts of sex offender registry violation. A state registry specialist said Allen did not return letters sent to verify his address.

JOEY E. ALVARES, 18, of 51 E. Sedgemeadow St., Elkhorn, with attempted burglary, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping. Elkhorn police say on May 10, Alvares tried to break into the home of a person he knows.

SHAWN M. BRADY, 23, of 435 E. Hartwell St., Elkhorn, with strangulation and suffocation, disorderly conduct, and misdemeanor battery, all with domestic abuse assessments. Elkhorn police say on May 28, Brady fought with and strangled a woman he knows before police found him in a dumpster, where he appeared to be intoxicated.

BRANDON A. DE LA VEGA, 22, of 115 Betzer Road, Delavan, with three counts of delivering cocaine. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say in March and April, they conducted three controlled buys of cocaine from De La Vega. The quantities of the buys, police say, were 3.5 grams, 4.39 grams and 29 grams.

RICHARD A. FERGUSON, 49, of 34 Cedar Point Drive, Williams Bay, with failure to provide information as an out-of-state sex offender. A state registry specialist said Ferguson was found in Williams Bay, and that he had not notified authorities that he left Virginia.

DOMINIQUE L. HOLLINS, 36, of 417½ E. Washington St., Delavan, with three counts of delivering cocaine near a school, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on May 8, 9 and 11, they conducted controlled buys of about 1 gram of cocaine from Hollins at a home within 1,000 feet of a school in Delavan. Deputies on May 23 then executed a search warrant on Hollins’ home and found marijuana and a grinder.

MICHAEL D. HOWELL, 35, of Mukwonago, with identity theft for financial gain and misdemeanor theft. Town of Delavan police say in February, Howell cashed a check made in someone else’s name without their permission.

BONNIE N. INGOGLIA, 30, of N223 Williams Road, Genoa City, with party to physical abuse of a child, obstructing an officer and contributing to the delinquency of a child. Police say on Feb. 23, Ingoglia stopped a child she knows from going to school after she and someone else threw the child onto a bed, giving the child a black eye.

JACK F. JORDAN, 41, of West Bend, with three counts of sexual assault of a child under 16 years old and three related charges. West Bend police say between Jan. 21 and 22, Jordan sexually assaulted a young girl he knows in a Lake Geneva hotel.

JAMES A. POPILEK, 29, of W888 Camelia Road, Genoa City, with failure to provide and update information as a sex offender.
