KAYLA L. WARN, 24, of 105 S. Academy St., lower apartment, Janesville, with false imprisonment, battery and disorderly conduct as acts of domestic abuse. She is accused of assaulting and preventing a woman from leaving a Janesville residence Thursday.
DARREN L. WINGER, 53, no known address, with two counts of first-degree sexual assault/contact with a child under 13. He is accused of repeatedly touching two girls he knows while they were camping near the Rock River around the 7700 block of North County H in the town of Fulton, one incident on Thursday and one on Friday.
ARTURO OLMEDA VARILLA, 34, of 21 Brakefield Drive, Janesville, with strangulation/suffocation and battery as acts of domestic abuse. He is accused of assaulting a woman Thursday.
RODGER L. SUPRISE, 46, of 701 S. Main St., No. 1, Edgerton, with physical abuse of a child. He is accused of punching a teenage girl he knows in the face at a cookout in the town of Milton on Sunday.
ANTOHN J. DAWSON, 28, of 2033 S. Harrison Ave., Beloit, with fleeing an officer. He is accused of fleeing a sheriff’s deputy at speeds of up to 90 mph around 7 p.m. May 31 on South Afton Road in the town of Beloit.
RYAN J. THOMPSON, 22, Cottage Grove, with possession of narcotics. He is accused of possessing one ecstasy/MDMA pill and four Xanax pills after a traffic stop June 27 on Highway 59 near Goede Road in the town of Fulton.
CHAD W. MILLARD, 47, of 6939 N. County KK, Milton, with strangulation/suffocation, battery, disorderly conduct and false imprisonment, all as acts of domestic abuse. He is accused of assaulting a man and woman he knows at his residence Sunday night, with his dog biting both of them, as well.
GREGORY P. BLIZNICK, 48, of McHenry, Illinois, with failure to report to jail. Following a conviction of a resisting an officer charge, Bliznick was supposed to report to the Walworth County Jail on May 1, but he did not, according to the county’s district attorney’s office.
MICHAEL R. CADD, 21, of 615 Mary Lane, No. 202, Milton, with driving a vehicle without owner consent. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say on June 1, they found Cadd driving a Ford F-150 he stole a few days before from a barn on Highway 14 in Rock County.
DANIELLE R. PALMS, 30, of 122 S. Sixth St., Delavan, with second-offense possession of marijuana and possession of Adderall. City of Delavan police say on June 19, they stopped Palms and found her with 17 grams of marijuana and two Adderall pills in her car and on her person.
MATTHEW S. PIERSON, 18, of 9121 Dusk Drive, Elkhorn, with three counts of delivering cocaine. Walworth County Drug Unit officers say in January and February, they conducted controlled buys of cocaine from Pierson in the amounts of 3.5, 7.06 and 3.52 grams.
STEPHANIE L. SCHOBER, 31, of 309 S. Locust St., Janesville, with felony retail theft and bail jumping. City of Delavan police say on June 9, Schober stole $970 in goods from Walmart.
ANTHONY R. THOMAS, 20, of Milwaukee, with attempting to flee an officer, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say they tried to stop Thomas for speeding, but he kept driving. Police also claim they found his vehicle with marijuana and a scale inside after he took off on foot.
KEVIN D. VANCE, 23, of 706 Faryl Ave., No. 11, Delavan, with uttering a forgery, resisting an officer, misdemeanor bail jumping, and possessing cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. City of Delavan police say on June 18, Vance tried to use a counterfeit $100 and then a $50 bill at McDonald’s before running from police. Police also say he had cocaine and a THC vape pen.
