TERRY J. ASMUSSEN, 36, at 2703 Sylvester St., Janesville, at 10:26 a.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of Humes Road, Janesville, on a charge of felony retail theft.


SERGIO A. MORALES, 24, of 511 Lincoln St., Janesville, with suffocation/strangulation, battery and disorderly conduct, all as acts of domestic abuse. He is accused of assaulting a woman he knows Sunday night at a residence near the intersection of Walker and Yuba streets, Janesville.

KATRINA D. THOMPSON, 33, of 305 S. Pontiac Drive, Janesville, with attempting to flee or elude a traffic officer. She is accused of fleeing a town of Beloit police officer after he stopped her early Sunday morning on Riverside Drive.

JEROME N. BRANDEMUEHL, 59, of 353 Tyrell Court, No. 117, Delavan, with burglary and misdemeanor theft. City of Delavan police say on Jan. 5, Brandemuehl stole two tow chains, two tow binders and a used piece of exhaust pipe from an auto repair shop.

JOSHUA E. KELLMAN, 20, of 110 W. School St., Sharon, with three counts of delivering marijuana and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say in December and January they conducted controlled buys of marijuana and butane honey oil from Kellman before they executed a search warrant on Jan. 17 and found water bongs and 12.2 grams of marijuana.

TREVOR J. OTTUM, 21, of Racine, with two counts of identity theft, two counts of uttering a forgery, two counts of theft by acquisition of a credit card and theft of movable property. City of Delavan police say between Nov. 1, 2016, and May 10, Ottum took a man’s wallet, which had multiple credit cards and checks, and spent more than $2,000.

KRISTIN M. RAUTIO, 18, of Burlington, with party to substantial battery, disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer, all with repeater enhancers. Lake Geneva police say on Dec. 28, Rautio was involved in a fight at a Lake Geneva hotel.

DANIEL P. WEIDE, 44, of 231 S. Elizabeth St., Whitewater, with possession of marijuana near a school and a repeater count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Whitewater police say on Jan. 17, they stopped Weide near the Whitewater Middle School while he was driving with 3.1 grams of marijuana and a glass pipe. does not condone or review every comment.
