ETHAN M. PERRY, 21, of 1905 Conway Drive, Janesville, at 9:38 p.m. Friday at 3515 Milton Ave., Janesville, on charges of fleeing/eluding an officer. He also was cited for obstruction.

Intoxicated driving arrests

RANDALL M. CHURCHILL, 63, of 8406 W. Highway 81, town of Newark, at 7:37 p.m. Friday at 5626 S. Luther Valley Road, town of Plymouth. It was listed as Churchill’s third arrest on an intoxicated driving charge.

ANDREW S. ELMER, 31, of Albany, at 3:41 p.m. Nov. 26 at Highway 14 and Tolles Road, town of Porter. It was listed as Elmer’s second arrest on an intoxicated driving charge.

DEVAN J. RHYNER, 27, of 2754 Bond Place, Janesville, at 12:30 a.m. Saturday at Center Avenue and Rockport Road, Janesville.

STEPHANIE M. ROBERTS, 38, of Rockton, Illinois, at 5:21 p.m. Friday at County H and County A, town of Janesville. It was listed as Roberts' third arrest on an intoxicated driving charge.

Accident

PEASE COURT AND PARKER DRIVE, JANESVILLE, at 1:10 p.m. Nov. 25. A vehicle driven by Evon Marie Mitchell, 72, of 2419 Lombard Ave., Janesville, was struck by a vehicle driven by Maria Isabel Quintero Rojas, 40, of 305 S. Main St., Edgerton. Mitchell stopped at a stop sign and proceeded into the intersection, and she told police she did not see Quintero Rojas' vehicle, which had the right of way. Mitchell was transported to Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, with a possible injury.

Charged

JACOB N. SCHLEGEL, 30, of 1439 LaFayette St., Janesville, with three counts of forgery. Schlegel is accused of cashing three checks belonging to a woman he knows for a total $230.

SETH T. HEINE 18, of 323 S. Scott St., Whitewater, with felony retail theft. Heine is accused of taking two video game consoles valued at $799 from the Janesville Best Buy store Oct. 23.

HUNTER A. DAVIS, 20, of 324 Caroline St., No. 3, Janesville, with theft, obstructing and two counts of burglary, all as a repeat offender, and six counts of bail jumping. Davis is accused of entering two garages on Parkwood Drive in Janesville on Nov. 19, taking several gift cards from one of them, and of fleeing on foot when confronted by Janesville police in the 500 block of Glen Street on Nov. 20. In a separate case, Davis is charged with physical abuse of a child, disorderly conduct and three counts of bail jumping. He is accused of pushing a teen he knows into a wood-burning stove, causing a burn on her arm and pushing another person Sunday at a residence on South County D in the town of Rock.

Walworth County

Charged

CHRISTINE COLEMAN, 40, of 370 N. Tratt St., No. 111, Whitewater, with physical abuse of a child, possession of cocaine with previous drug convictions and possession of drug paraphernalia as a second offense. Whitewater police say on Nov. 20, Coleman pushed a child she knows against a wall before choking and slapping the child. On Nov. 21, police say they responded to Coleman's home and found cocaine and pipes. 

ANDREW J. DUDEK, 18, of 167 Fontana Ave., Fontana, with delivering cocaine. Walworth County sheriff's deputies say on April 30, they conducted a controlled buy of 0.96 grams of cocaine from Dudek. 

KEVIN R. ENNOCENTI, 36, of N6476 Highway 12, No. 13, Elkhorn, with strangulation and suffocation, battery, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, all with domestic abuse repeater enhancers. Walworth County sheriff's deputies say on Nov. 21, Ennocenti slapped and threw a women he knows around and damaged her phone. 

MICHAEL A. HANSEN, 24, of 1219 E. Wisconsin St., Delavan, with identity theft, uttering a forgery, misdemeanor theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. City of Delavan police say on Sept. 21, Hansen stole and cashed checks belonging to someone he knows. 

STANLEY SAK, 58, of Waukesha, with using a computer to facilitate a sex crime and attempted sexual assault of a child younger than 16. A state Department of Justice agent says on Nov. 21, Sak attempted to meet with who he thought was a woman and a teenage girl for sexual purposes in what ended up being a police sting operation in Lake Geneva.
