PAUL L. MARZAHL, 48, of 700 Swallow Lane, Janesville, with four counts of stalking, five counts of disorderly conduct, theft, criminal damage and computer message threat, all as acts of domestic abuse, and obstructing. He is accused of a series of harassment incidents at a residence in the town of Fulton in July and August.
TYLER L. LUCIAN, 22, of 542 S. River St., Janesville, with driving a motor vehicle without owner consent. He is accused of taking a delivery van from his employer, Upper Lakes Food of Janesville, on Sunday.
AUSTIN K. LEVITSKI, 21, of 609 Harding St., Janesville, with possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. He is accused of possessing a small amount of heroin after police responded to his residence for an apparent overdose.
JOSEPH W. BEENEY, 22, of 414 S. Franklin St., Whitewater, with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Whitewater police say on May 18, they stopped Beeney driving the wrong way down a one-way street and found him with about an ounce of marijuana, a scale, cash and four pipes.
BETHNY L. HILGEMAN, 21, of 1168 Lake Geneva Blvd., Lake Geneva, with four counts of causing injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle causing great bodily harm and one count of first-offense causing injury by operating while intoxicated. Lake Geneva police say on July 14, Hilgeman crossed the centerline and struck a car occupied by a couple and their three children. Injuries to the family, police say, include a compression fracture to vertebrae, a broken toe, a partially collapsed lung, a lacerated spleen, facial fractures and an infant girl being in a cast from her chest to her toes for a fractured femur.
DANIEL J. NUNN, 21, of W3189 Maclean Road, Elkhorn, with possession of narcotics, felony bail jumping and resisting an officer. Lake Geneva police say on July 21, Nunn ran from police and was later caught with hydrocodone pills.
ISIDRO A. SANTANA-RUIZ, 25, of 534 Moore St., Beloit, with three counts of delivering cocaine. Walworth County sheriff’s deputies say in March and April, they conducted controlled buys of 4.4 grams, 13.3 grams and 29.4 grams of cocaine from Santana-Ruiz.
