A sex offender will be released to Rock Valley Community Programs in Janesville on Tuesday, according to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections.
Terry A. Ruben was convicted in 2008 of possession of child pornography, second-degree sexual assault of a child and exposing a child to harmful materials, according to a news release from the Rock County Sheriff's Office.
Ruben will be released to Rock Valley Community Programs, 203 W. Sunny Lane, Janesville, according to the release.
Conditions of Rubens supervision include:
- No unapproved activities in the community without approval from a corrections agent
- No contact with minors
- No patronizing taverns, bars or liquor stores
- No contact with victims
- No alcohol or drugs
- Comply with sex offender rules
- Cooperate with GPS monitoring
