Janesville man charged in shots-fired call on city's west side

JANESVILLE — A 26-year-old Janesville man has been charged in Rock County court with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, endangering safety through reckless use of a firearm and being a felon in possession of a deadly weapon, for his involvement in a shots-fired incident Saturday night in Janesville.

Gunshots were reported Saturday night near the intersection of Memorial Drive and Grant Avenue. Janesville police later collected several shell casings and found a vehicle hit with gunfire in the 1100 block of Grant Avenue.
