A Delavan man charged with fifth-offense OWI admitted he knew his operating privileges had already been revoked, according to a criminal complaint filed in Walworth County Court on Tuesday.
City of Delavan police reported that Bradley A. Faber, 37, of 534 Sugar Creek Road, No. 10, drove while intoxicated at about 8 p.m. May 5 at 502 Borg Road, Delavan, according to the complaint.
Police found Milwaukee’s Best Ice, marijuana and two pipes in the vehicle, the complaint states. Faber admitted to drinking beer.
Faber is also charged with operating a vehicle while revoked and violating a court order restricting operating privileges. Faber admitted to not having an ignition interlock device installed, which had been required of him, according to the complaint.
Faber has previous convictions for OWI violations in 2007, 2008 twice and 2013, according to the complaint.
