A Twin Lakes man charged with fourth-offense OWI drove after drinking at a fireworks display in Pell Lake, according to a criminal complaint filed in Walworth County Court.

Bloomfield police say on July 4, John G. Ribar, 63, drove while intoxicated at Poinsetta Road and Lakeshore Drive in the village of Bloomfield, according to the complaint.

Ribar admitted to drinking two 12-ounce Miller Lite beers, the complaint states.

Ribar has previous convictions for OWI violations in 2006 and 2013 twice, according to the complaint.
