A Delavan man is accused of driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration in the town of La Grange last month, according to a criminal complaint filed in Walworth County Court.

Zachary P. Cervantes, 28, of 642 Holland Ave., is charged with operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration as a fourth offense, operating a vehicle while revoked and violating a court order requiring an ignition interlock device.

At about 1:54 a.m. July 18 in the town of La Grange, a Walworth County sheriff’s deputy said reported seeing Cervantes driving a vehicle at County H and Bubbling Springs Road, according to the complaint, which was filed last week. The deputy reported Cervantes smelled of intoxicants.
