A Burlington man has been charged in Walworth County Court with sixth-offense intoxicated driving.

Bloomfield police reported Phillip B. Millard, 32, of 27523 Durand Ave., drove while intoxicated at about 1:24 a.m. Aug. 11 at Lange Road and County B in the town of Bloomfield, according to a criminal complaint.

Police reported finding one can each of hard cider and beer in the vehicle, the complaint states. Results from a blood test are pending.

Millard, who is also charged with operating a vehicle while revoked and violating a court order requiring an ignition interlock device, has previous OWI convictions from 2004 twice, 2007, 2010 and 2015.
