Historic photo of Labor Day parade.

Members of the Electrical Union Local 890 pose in front of their parade vehicle, an early flatbed truck. The photo was likely taken on the High Street side of the red brick building still located at the corner of Milwaukee and High streets, circa 1919.

Front row: Amos Kemp, Al Donahue, Roy Kemmer, Hugo Preuss, Rex Ridley, Joe Jordon and Earl Heath. Second row: Harold Jerg, (unknown first name), Jersild, unknown, Frank Duff, unknown, Frank Vole, Cecil Rhodes, Frank Kelly, Joe Bowers, Frank Veral, Ellsworth Parrish.

If you look closely, you can see the float includes electrical wires running to two houses. The child’s name is also unknown.
