NO ELECTION for Milton School Board next Tuesday!

Gratitude to the Milton Courier and Janesville Gazette for factual information about Spring Election Day next Tuesday, April 2. Frustrating and sad that there is NO ELECTION for MILTON SCHOOL BOARD! What do YOU think?

You can use this link to read the Milton Courier's "April 2 election primer."

VERY FRUSTRATING factual situation that the 2 incumbents - president Rob Roy and treasurer Betsy Lubke - are running for re-election unopposed.

The consequence has been that WE THE PEOPLE of the SCHOOL DISTRICT of MILTON have had NO INFORMATION WHATSOEVER from the candidates. TOTAL SILENCE!

Surprised that the school board candidates were not EXPECTED to participate in MACC's forum. You can read the forum report using this link, "Milton area candidates face off at forum." WHY NOT?

Now we are expected to vote for 2 candidates who have not explained their attitudes and behaviors ON the board and have been SILENT on the future.

In this vacuum I am NOT able to cast an informed ballot for MILTON SCHOOL BOARD and so I shall NOT cast a ballot for Milton school board.

The vote for STATE SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION is VERY SIGNIFICANT and I shall vote for TONY EVERS. He is the best person running for this state office.

I do WONDER what will happen in our School District of Milton since the board has gone UNDER COVER. I continue to vote "NO CONFIDENCE" in the Mlton School Board.

I articulated my NO CONFIDENCE vote in my WE THE PEOPLE blog post on Friday, November 16, 2012, "Vote of NO CONFIDENCE! Milton Board of Education." If you want reminders of "THE MESS" which Board President Roy told the Gazette would upset us, you can re-read some of thos blog posts.

I would underscore the FACT that it TOOK the threat of court action to enforce our WI OPEN RECORDS LAW by the Milton Courier and Janesville Gazette to bring very significant documents and information out to WE THE PEOPLE of MILTON SCHOOL DISTRICT. WHY?!

What is your evaluation?

Here we go...

Mr. E.
