All we can do is WONDER what it is. If you live in town, you've heard a couple of possible reasons. If you work in the school district, you've heard about 60. The real reason will get out eventually, and surely put all the rumors to shame.

Superintendent Peg Ekedahl worked through a dreadful, very long time as her late husband struggled with cancer. Kevin eventually secumbed to the disease, but Mrs. Ekedahl served the District faithfully throught it all.
. . .
So. What’s going on with the current guy that is worse than Ekedahl’s situation, which merits being paid while being UNPRODUCTIVE ) we need italics ) to the needs of the District‽

What I think is that you should run for Milton School Board so you can get in on those CLOSED SESSIONS. That way you can give us in INSIDE SKINNY on what's going on in there.
ETERNAL VIGILANCE!
Just a thought.
