Friday will be my last day of serving breakfast at Roosevelt School with St. John Vianney Catholic Church volunteers. The occasion brings back many memories.

Do we need speed bumps at Franklin?

A student using a crosswalk in front of Janesville’s Franklin Middle School escaped serious injury when she was struck by a truck Jan. 2. Would speed bumps at that spot help?
