The city of Janesville is opening negotiations with unions at the same time City Manager Eric Levitt has unveiled his 2013 budget. These will be the subjects of The Gazette’s editorial Sunday.

Helping the homeless among us

Two Janesville shelters help put roofs over the heads of our community’s homeless. They couldn’t operate, however, without volunteer help and generous donations. This will be the subject of The Gazette’s editorial Saturday.
