JANESVILLE--Police arrested three juveniles accused of lighting a car on fire Thursday morning as part of an “ongoing dispute.”

Janesville Police Department Sgt. Aaron Ellis said the incident occurred around 7 a.m. in the 2600 block of West Burbank Avenue after the three suspects put a rag in the gas tank and another accelerant on the hood and trunk of the car.

Ellis said the incident was the latest incident in a conflict with a neighbor, who had reported the suspects to the police for other acts of vandalism.

The damage to the car is “fairly significant,” he added.
