MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Candidates for the Wisconsin Supreme Court and state superintendent are reporting how much money they’ve raised so far for the April 2 election.

Three candidates vying for the Supreme Court while two running to lead the state Department of Public Instruction are required to file reports Thursday showing how much they had raised and spent through the end of last year.

Incumbent Supreme Court Justice Pat Roggensack reports raising nearly $39,000 last year and having a little over $55,000 cash on hand. Neither of her challengers has filed yet.

Superintendent candidate, Republican state Rep. Don Pridemore, reports raising nearly $62,000 and having nearly $50,000 cash on hand. Most of what he raised came from a $49,000 loan he made to his own campaign.
