Rock County authorities release names of four suspects in Fulton home invasion
Rock County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in finding four people whom police suspect were involved in a home invasion Friday night in the town of Fulton. The suspects are Christopher A. Kimps, 24, Whitewater area; Jesse D. Adams, 22, Beloit area; Kayla L. Pearson, 21, Janesville, and Sarah H. Buckingham, 20, Monroe, according to a Wisconsin Crime Network alert released Monday morning.
Arrest warrants have been issued for Kimps and Adams on suspicion of parole violations, said Rock County Sheriff’s Capt. Todd Christiansen. As of late Monday morning, warrants had not been issued for Pearson and Buckingham, but they are considered suspects, Christiansen said.
The suspects could be driving a 1999 white four-door Oldsmobile Alero, according to the crime alert. The license plate could be “161UBZ.” The suspects might have changed the plates on the vehicle, according to the alert.
The car has been reported as stolen, Christiansen said.
Police were called to a report of a home invasion at 10:54 p.m. Friday at a home on West Miles Road in the town of Fulton, which is south of Edgerton. The homeowners reported that two white males entered the home, held a man and woman at gunpoint and demanded access to a safe, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office. They left in the homeowners’ pickup truck with about 30 guns and an unspecified amount of cash, according to the news release.
The suspects are considered armed and dangerous. Detectives ask anyone who sees them or has information about their whereabouts to call Rock County Communications at 608-757-2244.
