Man arrested for sixth offense OWI

JANESVILLE—Janesville police arrested a 35-year-old Janesville man early Sunday for operating while intoxicated-sixth offense.
According to a department news release, David L. Dutcher, 2621 Harvard Drive, #11, was arrested at 1 a.m. after a traffic stop on Rockport Road at South Franklin Street.
Dutcher was taken to the Rock County Jail on the OWI charge. He also was charged with operating after revocation.
