Land sale approved for Beloit casino project
BELOIT—The Beloit City Council has approved the sale of land to the Ho-Chunk Nation for $1.87 million.
The 41.5-acre parcel adjoins 32 acres the nation already owns, where the nation plans to build a hotel and casino, if the casino is approved.
The council’s vote on Monday night was unanimous after a one-hour closed session to discuss the deal

Why do we allow gambling expansion in Wisconsin?

Get them Native Americans some more money so they can fight that mine thingy. Hope the Ho-Chunk are on good terms with the Bad Creek.
