Man robs Milton Avenue bank Saturday morning
JANESVILLE—Janesville police are seeking the public’s help to identify a man who robbed the U.S. Bank, 2732 Milton Ave., on Saturday morning.
Police responded at 9:57 a.m. to the bank for a report of an armed robbery, according to a news release. A white male wearing a black hat, knee-length black winter coat with the hood up, a thin gray scarf around his face, dark pants and dark shoes demanded money from the clerk. He claimed that he was carrying a firearm.
