JANESVILLE—The Bellrichard Bridge, over the Rock River and Afton Road, is closed to traffic due to a one-vehicle crash.
The crash was reported just before 3 p.m. when a vehicle was reported on its roof, according to scanner chatter.
Police were being called to the scene to handle traffic control.
