Wind chill advisory in effect until noon Friday
SULLIVAN—the National Weather Service, Sullivan, has issued a wind chill advisory.
It remains in effect until noon when wind chill values will dip to 20 and 30 degrees below zero.
Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if precautions are not taken, the advisory warns.
The advisory means that very cold air and strong winds will combine to generate low wind chills.
