Janesville man cited for fourth OWI

JANESVILLE—A 33-year-old Janesville man was cited Sunday for his fourth drunken-driving violation.
According to police, Joaquin Tomas-Sipriano, 108 N. Atwood St., Janesville, was passed out in his vehicle at 3:34 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Randall Avenue.
Tomas-Sipriano admitted to drinking about seven beers before police found him, but he denied driving the vehicle.
Tomas-Sipriano also was cited for operating after revocation and operating without insurance.
