Three hurt in Whitewater domestic incident
WHITEWATER -- Three people, including at least one child, were injured in what Whitewater police are describing as a family disturbance Monday.
Officers responded at 3:57 p.m. Monday to a report of a child who had been cut in a domestic incident on Janesville Street, according to a news release.
Two other victims who had fled the house were taken to the Fort Atkinson hospital, according to a police news release.
The suspect, a man, fled the scene with two juveniles before police arrived and was spotted by a Rock County sheriff’s deputy, the news release states. A chase ensued. The man’s vehicle crashed in Beloit, with no injuries caused by the crash.
Few other details were available Monday night.
