Edgerton High won’t be going to Richland Center to finish out its football season next Friday as originally planned. The Crimson Tide qualified for the WIAA playoffs, even though they did not finish with a .500 record in Rock Valley Conference play. Edgerton’s 4-4 overall record was good enough to qualify for the Division 4 playoffs. Edgerton goes to Manitowoc Roncalli on Friday night. Walworth Big Foot also got a break, qualifying in Division 4. Big Foot, the No. 1 seed, hosts St. John’s NW Military Academy on Friday night. Other area teams and their matchups are: Division 1—Muskego at Lake Geneva Badger at 4 p.m. Saturday. Division 2—DeForest at Fort Atkinson at 7 p.m. Friday. Division 3—McFarland at Evansville/Albany, TBA; Jefferson at East Troy at 7 p.m. Friday. Division 4-- Game 1—St. John’s NW Military Academy (8) at Big Foot (1), Friday, 7 p.m.; Campbellsport at Brodhead/Juda at 4 p.m. Saturday; Edgerton at Roncalli at 7 p.m. Friday; Lake Mills at Lakeside Lutheran at 1 p.m. Saturday.
