Park across the street for Romney event
JANESVILLE – Those attending the appearance of GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney in Janesville today will likely have to park off site.
Janesville police said the lot at Monterey Mills, where Romney will speak, is already full. Parking spaces are said to be available across the street at another local manufacturer, Swing N Slide, 1700 E. Delavan Drive.
Doors open at 8 a.m., according to the Romney campaign. The event is slated to begin at 9:25.
Demostrators are likely to be outside of the event, both from the Democratic Party and from MoveOn.org, the Gazette has learned.

"Janesville police said the lot at Monterey Mills, where Romney will speak, is already full."
With Willard Mitt RMoney, Scott Walker and Paul Ryan in the area it's full for sure...just like a barnyard is full of it.

Romney has lived in a strange bubble of wealth for his entire life. He simply doesn't know what it's like to live as a normal person."
And what the heck kind of a bubble was Barry S. living in? He could be the actual "boy in the bubble".

Jeez, Gazette - can't you spell? It's DEMONstrators not Demostrators. And yeah, they have no business at this event like someone else said. A bunch of whining, crying babies.

And while it's true that Romney is tearing down his $12 million mansion in Country Club, California to build one 3 1/2 times larger (11,000 SF) on the same land, his other house on a lake in New Hampshire is only worth $10 million.

I don't understand why there would be demonstrations at an event like this. Romney is not the president, therefore he has not set any policies that would be demonstrated against. He is a candidate that is here to explain his message to the voters. It would seem to me that rather than protest, one would want to listen to see if they agree with him. To sit outside and throw a tantrum looks rather childish.

"I'm not a big-game hunter. I've made that very clear. I've always been a rodent and rabbit hunter.
Small varmints, if you will. I began when I was 15 or so and I have hunted those kinds of varmints since then. More than two times." -- Mitt Romney, failing.

Good time to hand out "My Governor Has A Criminal Defense Fund" bumper stickers since Walker will be with him.Time to remind him that Rock Co backs the dems....56% for Mr. Barrett - who has integrity and does NOT have a CRIMINAL DEFENSE FUND LIKE WALKER. Good INFO to share with Romney on the details surround the FBI JOHN DOE investigation.
