Rep. Paul Ryan declines to address VP speculation
WAUWATOSA, Wis. (AP) — U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan of Janesville doesn't want to talk about whether he might be tapped to be Republican Mitt Romney's running mate.
Ryan was asked Tuesday what it's like to be vetted for vice president. He replied, "Next question."
Ryan says it doesn't help the Romney campaign to fuel speculation, so he's not commenting.
Ryan appeared at a news conference with Gov. Scott Walker in the Milwaukee suburb of Wauwatosa.
Walker says he'd like to see his fellow Republican as a vice presidential candidate. He says the fact that Ryan is even being considered shows how serious Romney is about solving problems.
But Democratic state Sen. Chris Larson says Romney and Ryan would give tax breaks to corporations that send jobs overseas, while raising taxes on the middle class.

I would take Zerban any day over Ryan. The nuns on the bus and his own Catholic religion know what he id doing to people.

Ryan has no grasp of the purpose of the constitution and government. He's not qualified for any elected position. He stated to George S. on ABC, “We [Republicans] disagree with the notion that our rights come from government, that the government can now grant us and define our rights. Those are ours, they come from nature and God, according to the Declaration of Independence — a huge difference in philosophy.” The Declaration of Independence says, in part, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, ...–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,..." It acknowledges people having been created, but the government of the people sets rights. Ryan is ill prepared to hold such a high constitutional office if he understands so little of the construct of our government. Of course Ryan doesn't want to address it...just like he doesn't address the problems of the "Average Common" citizen like most of us.....
He should wait till next time, then run with Sarah .........(Sarcasm) :-)
