Obama coming to Milwaukee area Feb. 15
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — President Barack Obama plans to make a stop in the Milwaukee area next week, marking the first time he’s come to Wisconsin in 13 months and his eighth visit since taking office.
A White House official confirmed Monday that Obama was planning on making the trip to give remarks on Feb. 15, but no other details were released.
Obama was last in Wisconsin on Jan. 26, 2011, when he came to Manitowoc the day after his State of the Union address.
Just over two weeks later, Gov. Scott Walker unveiled his collective bargaining plan that set off massive protests and led to the ongoing effort to recall him from office.
Walker’s spokesman did not know if the governor planned on greeting Obama on this trip like he did last time.

All of the anger on the Right over the President's visit. It is why Romney will lose Wisconsin. ODS: Obama Derangement Syndrome. Throw all you hate, true or untrue, at the wall and see what sticks against Obama.
Anytime Wisconsin gets a visit from a big shot, we look good. We, remember, WE?
It is tiring to watch this post-Berlin Wall world, partially created by Newt Gingrich, where we started this political civil war in our country. Get over it. Watch the Eastwood commercial, and remember Rock County, it's US in the end, not US vs. US.

SarahB1, unlike the Democrats constant assault of nonsense that Republicans want bad water and hate old people and cling to their guns and religion, or calling Florida voters white crackers. No, that doesn't turn off Americans. Thus the 2010 elections and the lastest poll of 4th running Santoum even beating Obama. He is, of course, as the headlines say: Obama: The most polarizing president. Ever.

I just hope Obama picks someone else for VP. Biden is dumb, sleazy, arrogant, and nauseating, and suffers from the worst foot in mouth disease of any politician ever! On the other hand , Obama would be easier to beat with Biden on the ticket.

President Obama is not my Messiah or prophet. The only people who seem to refer to him as such are the far right wing. If you consider yourself a Christian, you should educate yourself as to what blasphemy is. We all create and pay for our own karma, keep that in mind.
Please provide statistics and cited references for the "information" you provide. Until you do they are simply rethorical, mean, uninformed, uneducated comments which only further divide the country. I love this country and I want to see it progress not regress.

The economy is getting better even if you don't want to include the jobs report.GDP growth was at 2.8% in the fourth quarter of 2011, which is considered healthy growth. http://useconomy.about.com/b/2012/01/27/...
Instead of being so negative and wanting to take the country backwards, how can you conservatives not be happy for the country that things are turning around, slowly, yes but it is moving in the right direction. Do you really want to see the country start failing again just so you have something to blame President Obama for?

You all notice he is going to Milwaukee and not Janesville. You want to know why? That is because President Obama lied to us when he said in a campaign speech at GM in Janesville when he said “the plant would retool and be here for another 100 years” President Obama is afraid to face voters in Janesville because he lied to people in Janesville and I bet he knew GM in Janesville would close prior to his visit in 2008. Now the President will not come to Janesville.

While the national economy has shown signs of improvement (257,000 jobs added last month!) and has added jobs the past 23 months, Wisconsin leads the country in jobs loss. Perhaps Walker will take some advice from President Obama, and find out how to foster economic improvement. Especially here in Rock County, where we have lost 1,100 jobs in the past six months, we could use a change in direction from state economic policy

"It obvious he (Obama) knows nothing about forgein affairs, budgets, military, health care or any other presidential business" Now what is there really to know? You just load up on bombs, missiles, tanks, give forewarning to your investor buddies so they are strategically positioned and start the bombing of anyone that you can spin a story about. No tax increases to pay for the war as the war profiteers profits can't take a hit – in fact we need to lower revenue through tax cuts so revenues increase. Run the deficit up (how can this happen if you lower taxes to increase revenue) so you then 'must' take away the elderly's Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and then tell the poor and the sick to drop dead. The people who fight the war can pay for it later so the fat cat war profiteers can maximize profits. The right wing simpleton's will sell it all to the masses as they are not capable of thinking for themselves. This all has worked so well in the past, hasn't it? Remember this minions....”Deficits don't matter” and “Its our due”. Pretty much the right wing presidential job description in a paragraph (foreign affairs, budgets, military, healthcare and other presidential business).
