Man arrested in Janesville homicide
JANESVILLE – Police have arrested the estranged husband of a Janesville woman in connection with the woman’s slaying last week.
Krystopher R.R. Carlisle, 54, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of first-degree intentional homicide.
Carlisle has been in the hospital since police found him, unconscious, next to his wife’s body early Saturday morning. The couple were separated.
Police had said Carlisle was the only “person of interest” in the investigation into the death of Traci L. Moyer, 45.
Moyer had been strangled, according to a police report. Her body was found early Saturday morning at her home, 315 W. Racine St.
