Sex offender to be released Tuesday
JANESVILLE—Charles F. Denson on Tuesday will be released to the Rock Valley Community Program, 203 W. Sunny Lane.
According to a Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections news release: Denson was convicted of issuing worthless checks in June 2002 and manufacturer/delivery of cocaine in September 2011.
Prior convictions for the 50-year-old include first-degree sexual assault Oct. 31, 1983, and first-degree sexual assault April 24, 1985.
While placed at the community program, Denson is to have no unauthorized activities in the community without advance approval of the DCC supervising agent, no contact with minors, no patronizing of taverns, bars or liquor stores; no contact with victims, no consumption of alcohol or drugs; must comply with standard sex offender rules and cooperate with GPS monitoring.
