Walworth County to hold flu vaccine clinic Monday
Walworth County will hold a swine flu vaccination clinic Monday for residents who are at highest risk from the H1N1 virus.
Pregnant women, people who live with or care for infants 6 months or younger, health care and emergency medical services workers, children age 6 months through 4 years, and children age 5 to 18 years with chronic medical conditions can receive the vaccine Monday, according to a news release from the Walworth County Department of Health and Human Services.
The clinic will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Walworth County Health and Human Services Department, W4051 Highway NN, Elkhorn.
The department has fewer than 400 doses of vaccine in stock, the release says. The release does not say if the doses are the shot or nasal spray variety.
Additional clinics are planned for the coming weeks in Lake Geneva, Williams Bay and Whitewater, the release says. Dates, times and locations will be announced when they are confirmed.

Why not allow teachers to be on the list? Do you know how many kids cough, sneeze, pick their noses and don't wash hands after going to the bathroom????
