MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Senior quarterback Brian Fliess ran for three touchdowns as Burlington Catholic Central repeated as WIAA Division 7 state football champion beating Chippewa Falls McDonell 27-15 Thursday at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison.

The Hilltoppers (13-1), whose only loss came to Wilmot 7-0 in their season opener, became the first team to win more than one Division 7 title since the division was added in 2002.

Catholic Central dominated statistically, outgaining the Macks 320-133 and holding the ball for 33:21 of the 48-minute game. Junior Luke Ryba accounted for more than half of the yards for McDonell (10-4) with a 68-yard touchdown run with 1:46 to play and the outcome all but decided.
