The Janesville Education Association made a detailed series of proposals that concentrated on working conditions. The teachers proposed doing away with “professional development” training that the district requires.

The school board's initial offer is an insult to every hard working teacher in this district. It amazes me that they're always quoting Quint Studer, but their proposal doesn't contain one item that supports his principles. Shame on you. Start practicing what you're CONSTANTLY preaching.
