Police conducting search warrants on Milton officer
Janesville police are executing search warrants of Milton police officer Jason Casper's office, cell phone and computer after he was accused of inappropriately touching a young woman, according to a news release from the Milton Police Department.
Casper was put on paid administrative leave May 10 after the Janesville woman, 18, accused him of inappropriately touching her in the fall and sending her sexually explicit text messages this month, the release says. The woman was 17 in the fall.
Casper is Milton Police Department's school resource officer. Officials have not said whether the woman is or was a student at Milton High School.

46- you must be joking right? I mean this is about an OFFICER of the law- and a minor (at the time) involved..Also an officer that works at a school and is suppose to be an example- not set them for what NOT TO DO..So your comment is beyond lame.

Im with you all the way mickie!!! This guy is a creep and has caused alot of problems in the town of milton.. I know from a VERY VERY long past with him.. I mean pulled over more than 20 times by HIM alone?? Get real and got 2 tickets out of all that!!! I have made more than 5 complaints against him.. This all started years ago if they just would have listened!! I want to know why everything just got pushed off to the side and nothing was ever looked into or done!!!! Well i guess what comes around goes around EVEN harder!!!

I went to high school and jr high with jason. He was always quiet and never caused any problems. I would have NEVER guessed this would happen. This kinda caught me off guard. I dont know what to think.

Yes, i agree with waiting for the facts. We will find out after they provide facts about the texts. Maybe the girl texted things she shouldn't have as well. There are possibilities that she could have texted things that she shouldn't have and gotten herself in a mess and didn't have a way to get out of them, other than accusing the officer... we'll see...
