BELOIT, Wis. (AP) — Police say they've arrested a 20-year-old man for his role in the shooting death of a Beloit teen.

Officials say the investigation continues and others are apparently involved in the homicide. Police made the arrest over the weekend.

Eighteen-year-old Joseph Debuque Jr. was fatally shot Feb. 8 in Beloit. The man in custody is expected to make an appearance in Rock County Circuit Court Monday afternoon.

I hope our justice system will prove that Angel didn't do this, I know him really well and I'll never believe that he killed another man, he wouldn't, especially not one who was so well-loved and respected by everyone.

i hope Joeys family can find closure and peace and i hope they find the right guy.

R.I.P. Joey

We're all praying for you Angel.

I pray that the police did get the right guy, and I pray that if they did not, the wrongfully accused understands fully. If the wrong person has been accused, time and our justice system will reveal that.

i know the guy who was arrested, and i know he was NOT the kind of guy to kill somebody.

i have just as much of a right to post a comment saying what i think just like everyone else.

I agree that his family deserves some type of closure, but i think they've got the wrong guy.

I agree with all that have said this is good for the boys family who was killed, at least they are a road to get some typed of closure, I know that doesn't take away the pain of the loss at all, but I think it helps the healing process

People need to quit posting negative comments, you dont even know if this guy did it or not, and theres actually a really good chance he didnt.

Don't make comments about people when you know nothing about them.

I'm glad they found this guy. There were others involved. I hope they get the others as well.

According to CCAP, he's been arrested for two previous incidents as well. Domestic Abuse in 2006 (when he was just 17) and then July 2008, arrested again for 4 criminal counts / 3 were drug related felonies - but all were dismissed by the prosecuter.
.
So there ya go. Now he's killed someone!
