South River Road closed

The Rock County Public Works Department announced today that South River Road from Avalon Road to Oakley Road in Rock Township is closed because of flooding.

There was one spot yesterday where the water covered the entire road for a couple feet of travel, but it was still passable. And I thought the river was slowly going down, so is public works just a couple days behind in closing the road or did the river go back up recently?

ahhh and big al is moved away so the gazette can't publish a pic of him and his boys driving his 4x4 through the water.....

Umm...this was closed about a week ago when I went down there.
