KENOSHA — Kenosha authorities are asking the public to report sightings of two men sought in a restaurant shooting that left one employee dead.

Police Chief John Morrissey said Wednesday the suspects are 23-year-old Daniel Gonzalez of Illinois and 28-year-old Julian Jerome Miller of Kenosha. Morrissey said they were seen early Wednesday morning in Ashwaubenon.

The shooting happened Sunday evening at Shirl’s Custard. 18-year-old Robert Wilde of Kenosha was killed, and a 43-year-old manager was wounded. Morrissey said it was apparently a robbery gone bad.

Police aren’t saying how they identified Gonzalez and Miller as suspects.
