14s win opener

The Janesville 14-year-old Babe Ruth tournament team won its play-in opener in the state tournament, 2-1, Wednesday morning. Janesville, which scored two runs in the top of the seventh and used the complete-game pitching of Dalton Johns, play Wausau at 6 p.m. today in the double-elimination tournament.
