NEENAH — If you’re out on Lake Winnebago this weekend, keep your eye out for a mannequin wearing blue swim trunks.

The mannequin went missing on Thursday during a water rescue training session being held by the Neenah-Menasha Fire Rescue squad. It sunk into the lake about a quarter mile off shore from Recreation Park in Neenah.

Authorities say the mannequin could resurface, so they’re asking people to watch out for it. The list price for a mannequin like the one missing is $630.

I guess they are only trained to rescue floaters... Government strikes again, or should I say 'strikes out' again.

$630 seems pretty reasonable. They have been going for a lot more down here recently.

Any finders fee being offered on this male dummy wearing blue swim trunks last spotted in Madison during the closed door "secret" meetings on the budget? A ten percent finders fee of net value, $630.00, would at least fill up the vehicle a couple of times with the petro prices coming down a bit.
