Reckless homicide charge in Neshkoro child's death
MONTELLO, Wis. — A charge of first-degree reckless homicide has been filed against a town of Neshkoro man in the death of his 6-month-old son.
A criminal complaint filed against 27-year-old Benjamin Kamedulski said he called 911 on March 18, saying the baby was injured in a fall down the stairs.
The boy died March 20, and doctors later concluded the injuries were inconsistent with that type of fall. An autopsy attributed the death of Ian Kamedulski to blunt force head trauma.
Kamedulski was charged Wednesday and is scheduled to make an initial appearance Monday in Marquette County Circuit Court.

rooster, homicide is murder. The difference between first-degree homicide and reckless homicide is intent to kill. Sympathy for the victim is considered at sentencing, but is not itself part of determining the charge.

some day our society will assign the proper charge in cases like this, murder. but in our society, the most innocent of babies are left with no legal protection. hence abortions. the lack of love and respect for the next group, babies, have some protection but not enough.
