An overturned semitrailer truck has backed up traffic on Interstate 90/39 for a couple of miles north of Janesville.

Northbound drivers can expect delays starting around the Highway 26 exit to the rest stop between Manogue Road and Kennedy Road. Workers are removing the truck.

Ridehard- it takes a lot of courage to apologize, thank you for doing so. I realize you didn't do anything to me, but I'd still like to thank you for realizing what you did out of anger and for apologizing for it.

I believe Stacy the reporter did a pretty good job here.. she clearly states, "on Interstate 90/39 a couple of miles north of Janesville" This appears pretty clear to me! Does one really need a map to understand where the accident happened???????

Ridehard- Misspelling is a common thing, I don't know why so many people need to jump on each other's backs when something so insignificant like that happens. If you want to get petty, ridehard, then "road's" shouldn't even have an apostrophe. The apostrophe is used when something is being possessed, "John's basket/Theater's schedule" or when there's a contraction, "It is = it's, there is = there's, who is = who's" And yes, I probably was grammatically incorrect somewhere in my comment, but you know what? Nobody is perfect, English is a very difficult language to learn, so STOP HARPING ON SOMEONE WHEN THEY SPELL SOMETHING WRONG!

deweeze: before you start telling people how to read a map, maybe you should learn how to spell the name of the BACK ROAD'S.
P.S WHERE IS MANOGOE RD?

Kennedy Rd runs parallel to I-90/39, as does Newville Rd. on each side of the I(Running North-South). The rest stop is between Milton- Harmony Townline Rd and Manogoe Rd. (Running East-West)
.
Don't people know how to read maps anymore??? Better yet drive the backroads once and awhile in the area and learn their names and where they are and where they go.

My Daughter went through there this morning (about 10:45 am).. and took a picture with her phone... and yes it was between Kennedy rd and Monogue Rd.. it was facing south bound (from what the picture looked like) and it was past the the old rest area (about 3 mile south of 59).. in the wide median are of north of Janesville)

Thank goodness Stacy didn't use the word UPDATE in the story on the first posting. That surely would have ruined some people's weekend!!! ;)
